Jennifer Barber

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families of all ages to empower them to navigate some of the obstacles that may arise in life. She works with clients who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments, and family conflict, to highlight a few. Jennifer believes in building a strong trusting relationship with her clients. She is an empathic listener and believes that therapy should go at a pace that the client is comfortable with. She utilizes a strength-based therapeutic approach incorporating elements of both CBT and Mindfulness.

 

Jennifer has worked with many families and individuals to help them gain insight and the tools needed to navigate the sometimes-bumpy road of life. She enjoys working with individuals and families and assisting them on their journey toward healing.
